Went by today to get a part. I was told it was 30 dollars. Called another dealership and I was told that the same part is 7 dollars. Who would have guessed shopping in Milton has become so expensive. Not a great experience in my opinion.

You could drink as many cups or pitchers of coffee in Team Honda for free. That's the reason why their parts are more than 4 times in comparison to other dealers. :lol:

Hi Original;

You were priced out the insert and the wiper blade. Insert was $6.90 and blade at $24. I apologize for the misunderstanding on this issue and hope you can see it was an honest mistake.

Rob

I went there for service a few times. They did not mind showing their impatience for even one more question above the service. It sounds like they do not care... later on, I "have to" drive a little far to Mississauga for any services.

I too experienced a not so great experience with Team Honda. Does not sound like a very pleasant place to deal with.

How come that so far there's only ONE person who posted that he got great experience with Team Honda in the multiple threads that had been open in this forum regarding the said dealer???

Even the Google+ reviews aren't good... 16 reviews with a score of 10.

https://plus.google.com/105100780885320499331/about?hl=en

A score of 0-10 is poor to fair

Over the last 20 years, I've had 6 Honda bikes(no cars) among many other makes. Their product is good, but there's an arrogance within the company and the dealers that would put Donald Trump to shame. It's not just the Milton dealer, it's almost all Honda dealers and Honda themselves. They seem to think that they have the best products and that we need them more than they need us. I've been to Team Honda more than a few times but only for parts. I've never been screwed by them but a few of their parts guys are rather inexperienced to be working at a dealership that big(one guy was really good but I forget his name). Maybe they are just getting what they pay for.
