And Quebec, Northern Ontario, The Maritimes, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Louisiana, parts of the Caribbean, and something like 30 countries in Africa.

Other than that, totally dead.

OK, she was an idiot who could not handle her affairs and bred indiscriminately before the money, and did the same after the money. I guess that what they mean by giving someone enough rope to hang themselves. This article covers just about every stereotype I can think of.

So this woman who's had no stability in her life, no one to raise her with set values, no decent education, no strong support system to guide her right, no way of knowing that sex doesn't necessarily mean caring and you should protect yourself, gets to be judged by you guys because she was given something she'd never been prepared for, had no idea how to handle and believed the people around her when they preyed on her naivetee?

Accident of birth dudes. Accident of birth. We could be her. You might want to dial back on your disdain and be grateful instead that your situation is different.

C'mon, when you deposit $10,000,000 the bank calls you..........a lot!
She made a conscious decision NOT to accept help when it was offered, and offered, and offered.
Even the greenest bank employee would have offered: invest in bank stocks and collect the 4% dividend for gross income $400,000 net income maybe $250,000 FOR LIFE, with $10,000,000 estate for your family.
Perhaps she did not feel deserving and got rid of it as quickly as possible, but she was absolutely offered advice.
Thank buh-jeebus some was tucked away for the kiddies. Hope they listen better than their ma.

Oh common. Is nothing anybodys fault anymore? You hit the jackpot, and squander it. If that doesn't deserve the worst kind of judgement from people, nothing does.

The real burn is that in another few years when she looses the house too, she'll be sucking taxpayer dollars like all the rest of the people who claim thair problems are out of their control.

This tragic ending could have been avoided if she had a good Pimp.
THAT's the one stereotype the Toronto Star reporter overlooked.

And u think any business person in any of those places does not deal in english?
French is on it's way out which is why Quebec is having a hissy fit

You would be better off to teach half a dozen other languages in schools than french

PS u forgot some Caribbean countries as well

That's not the issue, you can get by in English most places, but there is a difference between getting by and excelling.

Based on your posts maybe you should just focus on learning English. You don't seem like the international business type anyway.

Mandrin could be useful, Spanish also, Hindi possibly, but for the majority of people in Canada being fluent or at least conversational in French will take them much further than any of those.

Just not sucking at English would be a great starting point though.

It's endearing when people who clearly have poor comprehension of basic English whine about the school system.
