We lived in a town house before (well only one side connected) and both sides were pensioners and no noise what so ever. Regretting that the house was sold as it would have been an ideal retirement home.

Now I know that reason why people prefer single homes and do not want to do anything with neighbors.

If you have friends in the area maybe reach out to themÉ ask them if they hear the noise and if so explain to them the
situation. at that point ask if they too can call it in and then you have a few on your side. That is if your on talking terms
with the neighbours on the other side of his unit. Or even across the street.
If people want action they would get a petition signed, if a group wants to be heard they form a rally, if you want the
noise to stop get the group in the area started and ask for them to all call it in.
