+10000000 ------ > Sun City Cleaning Services 905-462-4470

I use them for bi-weekly cleaning and I'm very happy. Very competitive fair rates and quality service.

I had inquired, awhile back, about hiring some random cleaning lady and then I found out that most of these cleaning ladies don't have insurance so if they break something or damage something, they aren't responsible yet they charge the exact same rates as insured cleaning companies. Not worth that risk at all.

Just out of curiosity, as someone who has never looked into these services. What sort of fee's are you guys/gals paying for a bi-weekly service for your home?

Depends on the size of the house, # of bathrooms and quality of the job.

Ours we don't even have a set number of hours.. but when I see the before & after, I don't really care.

I value my belongings...if there's no insurance, there's no deal...and at $60, I'm pretty sure the cleaning lady/person/man isn't insured.

$120/insured.

Break/steal/ruin/lose/scratch/stain/etc/etc/etc. And your house insurance won't cover it.

The prior cleaning company I had hired, chipped 2 bathroom floor tiles when they dropped my bathroom garbage can (it was a heavy, expensive can). Yay for insurance :)

We don't know house sizes when we compare $60 vs $120 -- maybe they have 4 bathrooms and 3200 sq ft, but maybe not -- we had the same lady in our TH and we paid $70.

Insurance (for me) isn't about covering a chipped tile, or dropping some vase, its about her getting injured while working in my house. Its the liability I care about.

So if someone pays $60/biweekly uninsured, vs. $120/biweekly insured, the uninsured one will have to break more than $1440 worth of stuff per year to make it worthwhile. Glad we cleared this up.

If a wholesale meat salesperson comes in my house trying to sell me meat and they pretend they fall and hurt themselves I can get sued?
