I am closing my house next month and looking for reasonable real state lawyer in Milton (price and dealing wise).

Hi...i use Vanguard law group from Mississauga quite a bit and clients are always very happy with them. They are very affordable and best part is they do in home signing which is a huge bonus for many people.

Derek Presse here in Milton is awesome. He's been in Milton forever. Great staff, great to deal with, attention to detail, responsive, sense of humor, etc. Highly recommend. I've closed 2 houses with him. Price is fair I am sure - he is fair in all ways.

We just got a cheque from 2 years after closing where he missed some monies owing to us.....fair and honest and a pleasure to deal with.

A bunch of good choices here in town - Presse and Furlong as mentioned, also Harpreet Hans of Gunding Hans, Michael Morgan of Gryphon, Ryan Carson at Haber... lots of good choices here in town! Many of my clients go to Harpreet and have nothing but good to say.

The best way to find a real ESTATE lawyer is to call and ask his labour rate and dispursements for the transaction. The majority of costs are fixed and will not differ at all from lawyer to lawyer. $ 700 is about average for labour.
