You can still fly over them at 60-70km/h. ZERO issues.

When Jesus returns to earth he's going to round up everyone who slows to a crawl at these train tracks and dump them in a pit. I read it in a bible somewhere.

Cactus 3:19
"Lost is he who hath slowed down at thy Bronte/Derry rails, for he driveth Cactus_Jack to madness. The Lord shall gather those who use thy brakes unneededly and put thy vehicles and thy drivers into a giant pit of serpents."

OMG these people drive me insane, seriously I can't believe how often I see people slow down to 10-15 km/h to cross these or other tracks that aren't even rough, it's a little bump, you and your car can handle it, trust me. If you want to slow down a bit I don't mind, but if you are going 1/3 (or less) of the speed limit, that's not cool. Now the crossing on Britannia just west of Bronte 2 years ago before they fixed it, or the one on Guelph Line in Campbellville, that's another story altogether.

I don't think anyone was trying to be, but thanks? Just pointing out very poor driving behavior.

I wish I had one of you yahoos behind me while I slow down to cross over that uneven train track and the ensuing curve in the road. You'd learn really quickly the true meaning of unbridled road rage.

I'm talking about the train tracks on Derry as well. They're uneven...and then there's that future sink hole on Derry near the tracks. And then the curve. Only a Hyundai driver would attempt to speed over that crap.

it is definitely getting worse. The right lane on the eastbound side is pretty much a disaster. Sinkhole on one side, with patched up other sections that make SkyRider feel like a Rolls Royce.

Stay in the left lane, and drift a bit left when crossing the tracks - that's the path of least resistance.

The tracks on the right hand side right after the pothole are pretty rough actually. I launched off of them pretty good yesterday. (slowing down is for sissies).

Hey... is everyone going to watch SPLASH on ABC tonight?

It's only going to be, like, the greatest show in the history of the world.

Celebrities jumping.......into water!

And Louie Anderson is fat. Imagine the hilarity of a fat guy jumping in a pool?

There's no need to slow down over those tracks, unless your car sucks or you just suck at life generally........

^ +1 haha

And thanks for the update! Glad it's gonna be fixed cause soon it'll be a sink hole and end up eating a car! Town doesn't want a lawsuit I'm sure ;)

Good morning the nay

Regional staff will be fixing the pothole later this week when the weather warms up. Also you might notice CN staff and contractors are working on the north side of the detour to start the process of re-aligning the rail line to start the underpass project later this spring.

why complain about a pothole then? the tracks are turning into a speed bump compared to what they used to be. they used to be perfect but are now turning worse and worse. some of us don't drive suv's. some of us take care of our cars and don't want to bottom out our suspension.

King Luis, there's no need to argue with someone who clearly suffers from Napoleon complex AND who most definitely sucks at life. Read his past posts...weird, portentous, depressed...
