Fred was my general contractor. Fred got me beautiful quartz countertops at the best price I could find. They also have no seam at the edge unlike many others do…and I LOVE the sink!!! The marble backsplash was expertly installed and was sourced from of of his supplies at a much better price!

Fred has so many contacts, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Need a AC/Furnace specialist? Fred knows a guy.

In this case he put me in contact with John (who I’ve mentioned in another post) John Saliba owner of Air Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning 416-567-3876. John has worked in the business for over 20 years. When my furnace quit, he was there in just a few hours. Until he replaced my old one, he got the current one working again temporarily so we wouldn’t freeze. Super guy, hard working and great at his craft!

Tony & Brad from Sky Contracting 416-856-4013 made a custom frame for the master bath mirror. From my drawings, they made it happen….Amazing! They also painted, recaulked all the windows and worked long hours but very quickly with excellent quality. Again, these men were so professional and kind. They also do custom millwork (closets, built-in’s etc) and plumbing.

Sometimes working with tradesmen, I can feel intimidated. Not with anyone on Fred’s team

Finally, Fred stripped and restrained my hardwood floors. What a process! Very involved and temperamental with Maple wood. They are beautiful. But note to self…..Oak flooring in the next house! I can’t promise they would be able to keep the same timeline for you, but all my work was completed in two weeks! So, I can heartily recommend these companies. I will hire them for my next home….without a doubt!

I also wanted to mention Bob from ROTO-STATIC.

Bob cleaned my carpets and a couple of chairs. The carpets had been 'cleaned' before by a Groupon DH bought. What a mistake. Not only were the carpets wet for days, it didn't look clean and did not smell clean. A waste of money and time.

Using a reputable business and professional like Bob is well worth it. There's no comparison. Dried the same day and smelled sooo clean! Likewise, Bob was a complete professional with a follow up call to ensure I was pleased with the results!

Hi Bob!

We are looking in both Old Milton and Burlington....hopefully you will help us if we end up in Burlington. I'm not sure how far your service area is...

I'm a bit spooked regarding the flooding that happened in Burlington in 2014.... Maybe closer to the lake isn't such a great idea?
