Hi there,

I'm wonder who the builder is or will be for Homes to be Built in front of the Milton Education Village, Tremaine and Louis St laurent.


Anybody has any information about that? Thank you

Any information regarding construction in that area is appreciated :)

You can check out: https://www.milton.ca/en/build/developmentmap.asp and click on Phase 3 - Boyne Survey. This should give you a rough idea on various builders in the area.

If you're looking at the very corner of Tremaine and Louis St. Laurent then you're probably talking about #9 on the map which is the Conservatory Group.

They had so many supplies there and it's all gone for a while now. Maybe they backed out?
Seems strange. Also, Savoline hasn't been paved north of LSL and bumpy as a Russian road. Hope it gets done this spring.

Its actually Main Street Homes Ltd. Who are they? They seem to be a ghost company. I can't even find them online!

No problem! Lots of activity from different builders in the same area. Depending on what you're looking for make sure you check builder websites and register for updates so you don't miss out on anything.

Obviously Mattamy has been the most active but Branthaven had a small portion which I believe is already sold out. Here are some upcoming sites that I've noticed...
