Try global currency exchange in Guelph.

Depends on how much you are doing.
If you need pocket change, go to the bank.
If you're paying cash for a condo there, then go to Guelph. Both options have online calculators, but they change in a blink.

Mapleview mall in Burlington has an exchange kiosk.

Thanks guys! The global currency exchange in Guelph got a higher exchange rate of about 4 Euros in every Can $100. Considering the time and gas to go there might not be very advantageous.
