Rational explanation its one of those dirigibles that usually hangs out over
a sports event

Beyond that you're describing the kind of craft UFO writers describe
in their books
starting from the 1890s starting with the airship craze
in America.

If the craft returns and lands and some inventor guy in a bowler hat steps out and shakes you're hand
you've got a
1890's airship encounter
rather then a foo fighter or a Blue Book UFO type sighting

It was an airplane. See subject line. :?
I can tell you with reasonable certainty, it was not a dragon either.
However, it may have been an airplane full of dragons, thus I asked the question.
I believe dragons, like bats, have poor eyesight, hence a windowless airplane, piloted by dragons is a reasonable consideration. I’d have thought a plane full of dragons would have an awesome flaming sticker kit, a loud exhaust and more Chinese letters to look cool for the babes. Obviously, it’s been a while since I’ve flown with dragons.

You're the one trying to sell this

WHOPPER

not me

I've seen enough TV programs showing the bigger unmanned drones
and they're nowhere near as big as you've described.

I find it unlikely such a huge unmanned drone could
meander about without getting noticed.

Well I doubt Justin Trudeau is into developing such a craft.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper however was a military dude

which would make this the first confirmed sighting of

DIEFEN DRONE ONE

in years

( Diefenbunker)

This thread is worse than the one about the neighbors feeding the local raccoons in their backyard.
