+1 to that!

And I didn't say the Conservatives are necessarily great at avoiding debt. It's just that Wynne and the Libtards were especially spectacular at amassing it. Nobody else could possibly be that good.

Ontario's debt is larger than the GDP of 75% of the world's countries - and we're not even a country! That says something about how "special" we are.

On the flip side, I hope nobody suffers - not even miserable people like yourself. Hopefully your saviour Doug will Make Your Life Great Again, but to get the ball rolling I recommend you stop blaming your suffering and problems on politicians, and take control of your own path. Have you found Jesus, friend?

Politicians have a reputation not far above used car salesman and that's not saying much. They promise all kinds of goodies but never mention that there is an end to all this generosity since they won't increase taxes to pay for the real costs and that's because the voting public don't want to pay more taxes and it is a foregone conclusion if we get all the goodies we think we deserve, either our kids will pay for it or the giant returns of the cannabis profits will bail us out of the red, much like Wynne's sale of Hydro One. I find it odd that you don't even know me and yet think I have problems. I think you're the one with serious problems, as you continually provide negative feedback to anyone who contradicts you on this blog. You need a serious introspection.

Total douche, getting worse. You Moran’s elected his fool ass.

Probably. All the pieces are in place now. I hope my kids generation doesn’t though.
Nice sentiment. Is that fords secret platform, that he couldn’t reveal pre election?

Our kids' generation has already been mortgaged to the hilt by Wynne's running up a $325 billion deficit. So the damage has been done and now there will be crying in the wilderness because no "progressive politician" had the guts to say no, we can't afford these extra services. And that's why my friend, with all the other potential problems affecting the economy, a belt tightening might be an unwanted development.

This isn’t a blog, and you are the one who came out and said you hope people suffer. Those were YOUR words, friendo. Never once have I ever wished ill on anyone, no matter what their viewpoint. I assumed you have problems because to actually tell someone you hope they suffer based on their political viewpoints is pathetic.

Plus, its really stupid to wish suffering upon someone with which you are in the same boat, and that boat is already sinking quick, with a pirate leading us further away from solid ground.

One good way to save money over time would be to re-introduce a PC plan that was dropped by the libs. The plan was that families were not required to pay municipal education taxes should they decide to send their kid(s) to private school(s).

This 1) saved the province money because it costs more to educate the kids then it received in taxes,
and 2) saved the families money because they did not need to pay education taxes that they did not benefit from,
and 3) encouraged and grew the provinces private school system who still needed to operate under provincial rules.

WOW!, you never cease to amaze me. Nothing like using I&J's comments out of context eh? I just love how you manage to put the spin on everything. And now you have the gall to say that someone else has serious problems?? You even go as far as using the Lord's name in vain by asking someone whom you know nothing about if "they have found Jesus yet". You have some bloody nerve, man. You are so pathetic and I feel genuinely sorry for you.

BTW Hodor, how are your cannabis stock shares that you were bragging about a while ago doing these days? Made lots and lots of money on them? That alone speaks volumes as to your ethics and character. I guess that's why you are so disappointed that the socialist Libs have been booted out of office, eh?. Next to go will be her commie buddy in Ottawa come 2019. You can take that to the bank too.

Completely in context, including direct quotes. “I hope you suffer” is tough to spin, at any social interaction.
Jesus Christ, get a sense of humour preacher man. It’s the Back pew calling out the establishment. That’s a good thing on a chat room. In fact, it’s the purpose of a chat room.
Cannibus…1 investor gets rich while 49 lose it all. It’s just business, with or without Hodors $5000. It’s happening! The government says its the best interest of all Canadians. Your opinion is the minority....apparently?
I think Hodor hates the libs, like i do. He said it many times. Flat out said it! No uncertainty.
Chill. Scroll to the top, see where it says discussion board? Discuss.
Yeah, Hodor is devils advocate. Somehow you preachers take offence, yet he never insults anyone. He just challenges convention and causes a ruckus. I think that’s cool, and I don’t get upset. I learn. Try it.

Norts999 - Are you Hodor's advocate now, or what? I guess birds of a feather flock together....
And you say that he never insults anyone on this "discussion board"? Yeah, right.... His insults and vulgar and demeaning responses are on almost every page and subject matter on this board. But you prefer to call it "being a devil's advocate". You just keep on defending him and making absurd excuses for him and pretty soon he will have been successful in chasing everyone away and you both can then continue to humor yourself by challenging each other. You make a good pair, have fun.

Interesting posts. It sounds like I&J's wish that Norts999 "I hope you suffer for a long time" has been fully borne by All Star. Careful what you wish for bloggers, I mean posters.

Nope, not at all.
Cut and paste 3 insults or vulgarities from Hodor. You won’t find them. Seriously, cut n paste 3. You can’t.
I’m confident in thinking he has never called anyone a vulgarity or demeaned anybody. Again, post if you can find. When you can’t, try searching Norts999 for vulgarities or insults. Now, try your own name search. Hodor is no worse than you or I, I don’t care who you are.
Hodor doesn’t chase them away, they slowly shy away from an opposing viewpoint unsupported by traditional logic or historical thought. I’ve been watching it happen for years.
Yeah Hodor’s out there. Always devils advocate, provoking conversation, stimulating independent thoughts, breaking stupid rules, but never insulting. Doesn’t matter what you say, he going to say the opposite. Why did you bring it up if there isn’t an opposing view?
If Hodor insulted you, then you’re probably not very accepting of others thoughts, perspectives or beliefs. You’re the narrow minded problem he targets. Honestly, Hodor primarily asks legit questions and replies to direct questions posed to the forum.
He’s challenged me on occasion, I said “f” it & he said “f” it, good chat! He’s stupid.
I don’t give a rats arse about Hodor, but he is one of the few having a discussion here, challenging convention, thinking independently, and not getting all uppity about defending debatable BS.
He’s probably going to “challenge” me for liking him now. That’s ok. It’s open for discussion.

You do realize most of the private schools are dominated by religion and politics?
Do you really want to start segregating Muslims, Jews, etc into their own little worlds at such an early age?

No, I was not aware that "most" private schools are such evil establishments and ses-pools of segregation and indoctrination.

I love you all too - even you, All Star.

By the way since you asked - the weed stocks... I cashed out my initial investment in the winter and paid off all my debts (except annoying mortgage, of course). Been putting about $50/week back in on top of the $7k that was left there in 100% profits. Basically playing with house money at this point, just gonna let it all ride for 4-5 years. But you won’t believe me.

See there you go opinionated as always. The world according to Hodor. You have thrown a lot of stones, crude ones at that. The political philosophy that the Wynne disciples portrayed and adhered to is going to make them suffer now to see the PCs running the show, no more no less is what I meant. Oh ok it's not a blog. Sorry.
