You must be new to Milton?
This has gone on for years.

What’s the solution? I’d move a little to advise the queen or whoever.

Not news, it's been the norm out here for ever.

Hey at least our houses are still overvalued, so we've got that going for us right?

This thread can't be serious....
We are an affluent community (well at least until Brampton people started moving westwards)

https://www.gasbuddy.com/GasPrices/Ontario/Milton

$0.98 here VS $0.97 in Mississauga
Assuming you put 50L in your tank that is a whopping $0.50 more, HST included

This is why I always drive to Alliston to fill up. It’s $0.08/L cheaper there.

Agreed. This is one of those things that toys with our minds but really doesn't need to. When I see lines of cars up at the Superstore looking to "cash in" on savings I always laugh.... and then drive down to Neighbors and notice no difference.

Superstore line moves FAST, and the line only goes one way (no confusion or fighting) and the hoses can reach the far side of your vehicle. That place is the best. I used to be like you but my wife convinced me to try it and now I can’t get enough. Like anal play but for gas. Try it.

Have you ever seen the hour long line ups at Costco gas?

It depends what time you go there, generally I find it is ok.

Lol why would anyone go to Costco in the first place? It’s all the inconsiderate goofs from society in a single store with gigantic carts. <shudders>

it does not open at that time and know you want to make a statement.

Generally mornings are better if you can go.

I am sure someone here will list why they go.

Few of the reasons might be:

- Expire dates could be lengthy (milk/eggs)
- Cheaper bulk buys and you do not have to make many trips to the stores
- Some items could be priced less than competition including some big ticket items
