My neighbour has not cut their backyard grass at all this year. It is about 2 feet tall all weeds...
Does anyone know if there is a bylaw where they have to keep it maintained

Call Town Hall and ask, there is a bylaw but you do need to complain, don't hold your breath waiting for action.

Download the my Milton app. Take a picture for uploading , send in your complaint. The town will deal with it. I have done it a couple of times with satisfying success. Yard pride is non existent in too many Milton homes.

It's not that these ppl have no pride, it's that they have no concept of this practice.

You can submit a complaint online. ( Use the link below ) Your personal information is kept confidential.

Maybe I am wrong but the rules regarding un-cut trashy looking lawns MAY only apply to the front yards where they tarnish the look of an entire street.

I'd still recommend you submit a complain though. Too many lawns look like garbage these days. Lots of condos and apartments out there for those who do not want to maintain their property.

This moron cut his weed patch on the front....wondering if the town put a notice and they thought they only had to cut the front.....I don’t think a lawnmower could even cut the back because it is so long.
