Try saying you would buy another Tiffany Park Home after owning one for 8 years. The quality is quite average in the area that I live. 7 of the houses on my street have all required foundation crack repair, almost all have required roofing shingle replacement, some to the tune of over 5,000 in repairs. The garage dips, allowing water to pool in the middle of the floor. Floor squeaks are everywhere, except for the floors that I have redone myself.

And a simple request, asking for the manufacturer of the shingles on the roof was answered by, your roof warranty is only 1 year, and the details are in archives so we will be unable to assist you with information. Not exactly a quality answer from a "quality builder".

what area are you in? I think the build quality is pretty average as well although I do like the layout.

I just recently purchased a brand new Tiffany Park Home in Milton. I like the build quality will know more in a few months as my wife and I get the keys next week!! We were going to go with Mattamy but the layouts of the homes that were in our budgets didn't work for us. Plus for now, these are the only Tiffany Park homes in Milton making them a bit rare. Again a previous post has stated the issues with the Tiffany Park homes on their street, but I cannot comment since I haven't taken possession yet.

Well I've taken ownership of our house and I don't have any complaints so far. Everything seems very well done. I mean weren't expecting perfection but so far, this beats out the new Mattamy home my wife and I bought almost 5 years ago. We've had some issues, but the builder came in and fixed them all right away without question. If I'm not mistaken, I think I've seen another sign on James Snow that they are building again somewhere in Milton Every time I pass by it's night so I can't make out. Maybe I should slow down! :P

I realize this is an old post but given my recent terrible experience with Tiffany Park Homes I thought I would add to it in the hope of saving someone from the hassles I had with this builder. I have encountered nothing but incompetence, unproffesionalism and outright neglect when trying to follow up with Tiffany Park Homes on repairs that were initiated. Thei customer service is horrendous.

Hi All- This is for all the existing Milton Tiffany Park home owners. My wife and I are looking at hopefully buying a new build out in Whitby by Tiffany Park and it's our hope to find a home that we can spend the next 20 yrs in. We were wondering if any of you that have owned one of their homes in Milton have had any major issues 5+ years down the road.

Thanks for your help!

The newlyweds
