The $10,000 difference should tell you which phase is currently more sought after.

Hello Nina,

Its better to opt for phase 3 as it is very near to 401 (5 minute), I also booked our house in phase 3

I live right across phase 7 and bought a house there too, I love this area, it's quiet and doesn't feel as busy as by the 401, but I think both are a good choice, if you need quick access to the 401 then phase 3, if you take 407 or Britannia across then phase 7 is great.

We bought in phase 7 because we wanted to be closer to the QEW and we'll only be 10 minutes from Bronte Creek in Oakville where our friends/family live. We love the feel of phase 7 and agree that it feels much quieter at the moment (that will probably change as the area continues to expand however).

agree.

I had a choice between 3 and 7, and chose 7.
