Yes totally, that means we'll be moving into a pretty much finished street :)

We had lots of issues at the framing stage but luckily *knock on wood* all finishes are going in according to spec so far. Our upgraded baseboards look a bit beat up though so hopefully they get repaired/filled in before they paint spray them this week.

Hi PatrykDale, Would you mind sharing a picture of your standard Estate brown hardwood and staircase. Just want to see how the staircase looks like with White Painted Pickets. we also chose the same hardwood and the staircase.

Thanks!!

Yes absolutely. The wood floor has only be installed in the kitchen/great room so far and is presently covered up - the staircase white spindles are in but the rest has not been stained yet so when all is done i will certainly upload a photo.

Are they flexible with regards to the date/time for PDI appointment and key pick-up? What if we want to schedule it on a different date?

They provided us with 3 time slots to choose from, 8am,10:30am and 1pm. I'm pretty sure they'll be willing to accommodate (within reason) should you not be available for those times though.

Has anyone visited Biason Circle recently. They were supposed to start making roads and sidewalks. Just wanted to know how is it coming along. We live in Toronto so kind of far to visit the place

Was just there this evening. They have not started curbs or sidewalks yet. Across the street on Dredge (Townhome community) the curbs have been poured so I imagine ours will be done real soon.

Biason Circle neighbours, of those who have school age kids please confirm if the area school is AnnMcArthur. And is there school bus pick up? if yes then where is the pick up from, Biason circle or Bronte St. And any thoughts on the school itself. Thanks

IZM - Curbs have now been installed on Biason in case you haven't been out there recently.
