It's a fairly large road but I'm happy about the fact that the roads will get shoveled :P

how do you know the road will be shoveled? I understand that it will never be opened up to the north (i.e. it will remain a dead end), do you think it will be opened up to the south to Derry? I was there on the weekend to look at the site, lots of progress...

City is supposed to do the showelling. Is there a reason that city will not do it?

Sorry, I misread the first post to mean that the street would be shoveled as a priority, I have no idea if it will. I'm sure the town will clear the snow as they do with all residential streets.

They have started to lay bricks on lot 8, and porches have also been poured. The home owners across the road have been getting a chuckle from the frequent visits.

I was there last week and the progress is rapid.

These houses are stacked close to each other like match boxes next to each other.

Met my right hand neighbor by coincidence.

Looks like most are young families.

Yup,

Never thought I would spend as much as I did on a home this size, but at least the prices went up by nice amount.

I am excited and happy with our choices

You got Elevation G which is nice but about $10k more.

I was thinking why not go for 36 feet house instead of 30 feet as what you got is more than $500k.

Wasn't feeling the designs - we have our frame walk tomorrow.

Already know they screwed up somewhere so will have fun pointing that out but other than that I hope things go well

I had a great experience with the frame walk guys.

You may want to go early and spend some time before your time.

Just watch out falling bricks.

When did they contact you to arrange the frame walk? Did you get a call or email?
