That's too bad...I wonder how much traffic that street gets because of the dog park? And how many people buy on that street specifically because they have a dog? I guess its a fair assumption that their will be lots of dogs/dog owners walking their dogs to the park...i much prefer that to speeding trucks...

Also it is just before having the drywall.
I am to close in July so happened to have the frame walk this week.

Hey so I was by this weekend and noticed pickup trucks love bolting it down to the dog park. I was hoping the speeders would be moderate but my gut says no chance.

I have seen the trucks many times sometimes they are fast, not to mention the sound of dogs (the dogs know they are going to the dog park and they have a big happy barking non stop until they reach the park). These dogs, once they are in the park look for their friends, I believe opposite sex.

Not too much worried about this.

Luckily there are quite a few parks very close by, Harwood park, trudeau park, and of course the big park they are building at the north end of cedar hedge, across the street from the dog park. I guess it depends on where you are on cedar hedge.

Do you have any idea when the park at the north end will be completed?

Thanks for the welcome bd10! :) We close Oct 28. How about you?

Any feedback on what to pick for the design upgrades on our elev? Would appreciate some tips... Anything creative with the kitchen island or what to do anywhere else in the house?

Well if they open it up at James Snow and/or Derry the traffic will fill up

I don't understand why. Regardless of where they come from, people are going to use cedar hedge road to get home. Currently they are getting to cedar hedge via Trudeau increasing traffic and risk for all the people that live on that road. Especially around a park which is a central area with way more kids than a household. If people didn't want to live near traffic, then they should have bought a house on a side street. Looking at the planning of the neighbourhood, cedar hedge was not designed to be a side street. It was designed as a secondary road.
