Send an email to your Customer Care Coordinator. They will give it to you.

we werent delayed at all, we are closing in April on Gibson Cres. We are fairly close to the Chicken farm but I am pretty sure the smell wont be too bad. But we'll never know until we move in. We have a postal code it's L9T 8Z9. I was wondering if they have mailboxes yet. I want to receive mail before I move in. Ill ask to check

Hey all - has anyone had issues with the hot water tank rental? My closing is end of May but I noticed an envirosense tank by national.

These tanks rent for about $50/month. The coordinator differed to the "energy star" commitment on schedule A. However, all the power vented tanks are energy star certified - and approx $20/month cheaper.

We moved in and no issue for now with it but nobody advise us how much it will be. We are considering to buy our own one. Any suggestions?

My husband and I just bought Lot 142 - Waterford. See you all in June 2015!

We have not had our DC appointment yet but with so many options I am ok with waiting.

Your bricks arrived. Look good!!

Are you sure that the envirosense tanks are rented at $50 per month?

Yes - i called National directly. My closing is not for a few weeks, make sure to put it on your PDI/30 day. It is a more expensive tank afterall.

I believe the current practice is you receive a bill after a couple of weeks in the home. Keep us updated on how it goes. Its a pain to fix as they need the National gas fitter and plumber to come in.

Mattamy will wash their hands from this matter and will refuse to touch the item as it is a rental.

I understand mattamy will take care of the installation. $50 is steep, you can get reliance at much more economical rate. I wonder if we have the option of opting out and taking one directly.

Hello Future Neighbors,

I am at lot 117 closing on May 6th.... I am on time with no delays :D

I have one question about hot water tank.
I don't want to rent one I want to buy it out. National home services quoted me $38 per month for enviro sense tank. I want tank less but buy out is $3500. And they said I have 10 yra contract.

In my opinion this is crazy, I know mattamy has to close with water tank but I wasn't given an option.

Did anyone try to buy the water tank? Or how did you deal with it?
