Next phase is opening soon. Mattamy has closed its offices to switch over for the new phase.

I believe around 1500 homes from Mattamy south of LSL and west of Hwy 25. GreatGulf, Main Sail and Country Homes also have plans in the area.

3 schools (2 public elementary, 1 catholic elementary) suppose to be in the area plus two trails south from LSL to Britannia.

Draft Plan of Area:

Britannia and Hwy 25 Community - 678 Homes

LSL and Bronte Community - 839 Homes

Milton is really getting bigger in the next 5-10 years, hopefully all the amenities will keep up at the same time as well.

Looks like they have the models/floorplans on the Mattamy website... not very impressed vs some other builders, and they continue to have some elevations with siding...ew!! why!!? at these prices use bricks for crying out loud!

Hopefully traffic goes from being a nightmare, to less of a nightmare with all these new cars moving in.

They are all the same models as last years release.

Agree w/ MiltonChop. Brick exterior should be standard when you're paying over half a million

according to a real estate guy here, brick is the same as siding, just a matter of preference.

I'm actually interested in the new release and when I inquired a few months ago they said at the end of this year or early next year!

If it was like phase 3, the email came out on a weekday midday to go to a random location to get your ticket. Last year it was Pipers Heath Golf Course.

And within 4 hours all the tickets will be gone...lol

Unluckily my wife and I were at work...but we waited roughly 3-4 weeks till all the tickets were processed through the sales centre and they open it to public again and got one of our top choices for lots.

I wonder if with the next release it will be the same story. The releases were very limited each time so if you find a lot you like you may need to wait till it's available...but the sales centre never tells you exactly when.

Oh yea, first development proposed on the east side of 25 North of Britannia (Primont Homes)

The only change in the new release I noticed was on my pelham model! The kitchen layout in my opinion is so much nicer. Its a shame wish I could get that new layout instead since my house isn't even dug out yet.

As well if anyone has an idea of prices for the 43ft Lots from Mattamy?

I hope all you potential Mattamy village South buyers are just a hop and skip away from the sanitary fill site.

He must be joking of course. There is an upcharge for the brick model over the siding and I know from past experience that brick is a better selling feature.
