Anyone interested in quote for the fence, you can let know your interest. We can have the fencing guys come and give individual quote for each house. The houses we are arranging is for back yard between Blinco Terrance and Cedar hedge and between each of these houses. You need fence on the rear and on the side on the rear.

when the fensing guys start working on the site, you can ask them for your house. They do multiple houses at the same time and do not come for single house.

Carl I'm interested but from what I understand we have to wait for grading to be completed and that is expected in September at some time. On top of that my neighbor kind of screwed up the grading on our lot so waiting for Mattamy to fix it.

Let me know if I'm off.

now only quotes from the fensing guys. They will come by in September/October when the grading is complete.
The fensing guys are busy over the next few months and it works for us.

Yeah we should do that - need an estimate so that we could start saving $$ for it lol.

I am curious how much roughly it will cost us to get fences for a lot 36' .

I will try to bring them provided there are enough support (5 or more houses) so that they are interested to come for quote.

I know 3 houses already they need the fence. It is just the houses in the back also have to agree. Will check personally with few ones and let you know.

If the one person next to you does not want fence, they it is difficult for you (usually this does not happen). It is just too early for others realize as they had the grading now and relaxing. By the time they realize in summer, it is late because these guys are busy (I mean good guys are busy).

These guys are now extremely busy and they can only book for late September or October which is fine with us.
