I have booked 2 storey townhouse in Nov 2015. It's up by 25K
Don't know where the prices are heading. It is becoming almost impossible for starters /first timers to even afford townhouses. let alone the detached's pricing

It's crazy! We bought a Trenton in Nov 2015 for about $545K.. Now it's $595K! Crazy to think.. less than 5 years ago, my parents bought a much larger house (with double car garage) than our new one for barely over 500K (and they thought that was overpriced at the time!)

We aren't first time home buyers, but we're reasonably young for home owners. The only reason we can afford this is because we bought our first home 2 years ago, and that house has gone up 100K + in value. I hope the prices go down for my friends wanting to buy their first homes..but also hoping they stay high so we can sell our current home at a good price since we paid so much for our new one!! :P

A Scotiabank advisor that I deal with informed me that the growth rate for House prices in Milton is 8-10% per year. A 500K house should be $550K by the end of this year

WoW! Positive for Milton homeowners, but where is the ceiling? I guess if they keep selling out every phase, why would they stop raising the prices.

Mattamy posted new Phase last night. Did you guys saw the new prices? Last November 17, 2015 the price of Midland corner was around $650,000 now it is at $720.000. Only 6 months.

The prices seem crazy to me but the demand must be there...Mattamy e-mailed the invite out at 1pm for a 2pm event, and by 6pm they sent another e-mail saying registration was now closed because they had Exceeded Registration Capacity.

Site map and prices for new release are available on Mattamy website.

Yes, they gave out tickets yesterday for Saturday sale, they are going to bring people on buses from golf club to sale centre and you can make a purchase only if you have a ticket, about 125 townhomes and 25 detaches are for sale.

Have someone noticed the price on the "Starting from"? Sunday June 26, 2016 has a starting price of $541,990.
Just Friday, June 24 was $515,990.

could be because not all models were available this weekend. I thought it was the remaining 16 unsold lots.
