anyone know if there is an ETA on next phase / sales office opening? Also which number will the next one be and where would it be located, if anyone knows? thanks! |

during the Mattamy U presentation this question did come up. I think he called it Phase 3 and he mentioned it would be only a few lots above the HSV Phase 2. If I am correct, the link that wchung posted is possibly Phase 3 / 4. Looks like it will be a lot more town homes / rear lanes. It will house a Public and Catholic school as well as a park between them. Can't wait to have a park in our neighborhood. I hope they aren't building any houses near the Storm Water Pond and maybe put some trails and benchs to make it look nice. I notice and Farmstead / Britannia they maybe putting a sign of some sort as they have a concrete platform there... |

Noticed it today, on Mattamy advertisement stand (Lous St. Lauren & Hwy.25) says that new release is coming in November 2015 |

https://www.milton.ca/en/build/resource ... _Plans.pdf People can see what builders build their home in what areas between Britannia Road and LSL. The coming release will be Mattamy phase 3, Country Home and Great Gulf (Tremaine and Britannia). The other location won't be coming so soon I think. |
