I'm not sure about Eddie's services. He took the advance deposit from us and measurements for the shower doors almost a month ago. He did not show up on the scheduled date of installation and did not even bother to inform us. He replied back a few days after we called him a few times that his machine broke. We waited for few more days and then called him again. As always, he did not answer his phone or returned our call for days. We called him again and got a date scheduled for installation. He did not show up again and did not call. We have been trying to get hold of him again now and he is not answering his phone. I'm a very easy going person and generally don't complain, but, I have to say that I have never seen such a terrible customer service. |

I wasn't happy with Eddie at all, very quick to do the measurements, which made me question his desire to provide best possible product. As expected another contractor showed us slight slant he would have to take into account when ordering the door for us. His selection of handles and finishes is limited. He just wants to make a quick $ without providing customer service and care one would hope. When answering questions was short and disrespectful. Based on experience of person who commented above we are glad to have gone with someone else. |

I have to agree with the posts above mine. BUYER BEWARE. Not sure what happened with him - but after July - we had the same battles and issues. Please stay away from Eddie and Kween Decor. Quick to take the deposit money but does not follow through at all. He misordered our sidelites, shower glass has a slight slant as well (should have been accounted for).. Does not respond to calls, voicemails - I had to track down his personal email address to even get a response. BBB and Small claims court is our only options now. |
