Wow how things have changed since 2014. We walked in the the sales office looked at the lots and said no to what there were offering.Called the next Saturday and they had the lot we were interested in. Went down to the sales office around noon. We were 15th in line and i started asking questions about what house we can put on a certain lot. The next thing I know we got bumped up over people that just might be looking but not necessarily buying and got the house and lot with a 78 ft back yard awesome!!!

We also looked your lots, but there are town houses behind your lot, may be because of the depth, it might be ok.

Carl....I will take town houses behind me anytime with that size lot you are so far away you can't see in your neighbors house, what they are eating and cooking. Plus i can plant trees for privacy, lots of room for the Dog to run and also resale$$$. think about it. oh yeah and not to mention the pool option.

Makes sense, but you would have paid $10k lot premium?

thats' not bad for the privacy to consider. Also you lost out on $10k reduction in purchase price to $5k, but in the end what is most important is you got what you wanted.

Someone told me they are doing 100 detached and 50 townhomes this phase? Can someone confirm?

Will the lineup be at 11AM tomorrow? Or do people usually go there before?

Thanks RS

I managed to get my name on the paper for two units in the line up at 62 and 63. My wife and I are thinking of buying the 36' shelburne for 912k and the elmira for 1.08m. Anybody have the plans for tomorrows lineup? I can just show up at 11 and wait for my number to be called, is this correct? these sure got snatched up pretty quick.. and the weather is chilly today, so make sure to dress warm all :)

Best of luck to everybody

Mattamy will not sell you two units, you got to choose only one that you want!

Sold out in within first half hour. The line up was outrageous today, very chilled weather. Townhomes probably up 40k for next phase, and detached 70k. They need to release more homes at a time to cool down prices
