Great to see some new neighbors on Chretien Place which looks like our new Street name is now Chretien "Street" not "Place". Dan_Keo you are close by, we are Lot 83. Has your CR called for your design apt? We are still waiting patiently!

We are still waiting for our appointment also. I saw that it was Street too, I went driving around it last week and saw the temporary builders signs up.
We have our design book and cannot wait to get the appointment done. We are also appliance shopping right now.

Yes, that's another stressful piece. Appliances!!! We bought our appliances at Canadian Appliance Source at Heartland. They were pretty reasonable. You can weal and deal with them. Good luck!

Has anyone on Chrétien street received by law notices regarding relocating the 18 homes backing onto the proposed Catholic Elementry school? Lots 69 -86 have been effected. Not happy about this!

I did, I followed up, it isn't re-locating, it's a rezoning by law, they said that my lot will not be affected at all, here is their email:

Good afternoon Daniel,

Thank you for your email. The application for re-zoning will have no effect to your lot, the notice is simply required to be sent to homeowners within the specified area that the application has been submitted and informing you of the public meeting that will take place should you be interested in attending to obtain further information.

Should you have any further questions please feel free to let me know.

Kind Regards,

Hi Daniel,

No, it will not change any aspects of the lot you purchased.

Kind Regards,

Yes, I also called my CR this morning and confirmed that its strictly rezoning due to construction purposes only, its not relocating our lots. Sorry for any miscommunication.
