Anybody check the prices on our homes lately? I see 30-34' being worth 1.8 milli easy next year. What do u guys think of prices @ SR?

Would it be worth to purchase a unit for 1.3m and assign sometime next year for 2m?

Fred or Alina can u chip in please?

I think those Saddle Ridge homes are overpriced even in this market (right now maybe not in 6 months from now). Plus their pricing is strange. There is less than $100k difference between models that vary up to 6-700 sqft.

Actually I don't see it strange (I agree they are too expensive though). The house price jumps so fast not because of the price of a physical house jumps that much but the price of the lot I believe.

Well I didn't see any difference in the lot sizes, but in any case size does matter lol. No way there should be such a small price differential on such large size differences. I guess that's why they still have inventory and had to sell at discounted prices.
