i hope that mattamy does not start building phase 2 before any of the 5-10 homes on Cusick that have been delayed in phase 1, with just there foundations poured at this point. Watching this closely.

I bought in phase 1 and we are supposed to close in June. We are told as of now, there are still no anticipated delays but isn't it strange that we close in June and there are phase 3 homes closing in may?

We went by Reece Court on 2nd January - they have cleared the accumulated earth facing the pond. May be some activity should start early spring.

Good luck moving in at the end of April...we close April 3rd and we already have electrical and bathtubs installed. The difference being ours was built on site...yours may be being built in the hangar and delivered? Either way our foundation was poured end of October/beginning of November and we're not closing until April....Congrats on the new baby coming! That's exciting!

Hello All,
I drove by the site this morning but I forgot my camera, the lots on the left site of mine (#92) have the foundations finished (I think is lot 92 to 87 or lot 92 to 97) and the rest of Reece court this morning where people working on the rest of lots on the same block.
Paola from Mattamy told us that by the end of month we will know the final closing date, they think will be a only a few weeks delays, we also found out that our house will be built outside not in that big wharehouse...
See you all soon (I hope so)
Marco & Claudine

I was on the site last Sunday, they had all the frames on the floor ready to go, looks like the first 2 to start to frame are the lots # 91 and 92, I know because they had the numbers wrote on the frames, I hope with all this snow they at least start to do some work.

Hey Andy

You really deserve to be the FIRST CITIZEN of Reece Court.

Fab snaps. I like Vanderwood.

I guess we will have to wait till Spring to see action on Lot # 106.

Cheers

We are on lot # 106 - haven't heard anything regarding delay.

Guess what, we are requesting closing 3 weeks earlier than scheduled so that we are in the house before Labour Day.

Saw the foundation last weekend for all houses facing SWM Pond.
