For anyone following the Official Plan process, intensification plans, Boyne Survey and the Mattamy Willmott application there is a special council meeting this Monday starting at 6.30 pm with the Official Plan public meeting.

Finally the Phase 2 technical report for the Elkford Investments Inc. application for 53 semi-detached and freehold townhouses east of Bronte St. S. just north of the Manaman retail area which has started construction as part of a larger 236 home subdivision between Bronte and the CN rail line south of Derry Road.

I will be requesting some amendments on both these applications and if you are interested in any of these items to please attend the meeting which you can speak at during the public meetings but have to register for the last two technical report presentations which can be done online through
