This presented to be a very tough location facing Bronte, but eventually we came across the perfect buyer that wanted the quick and easy access out of town. It did take 2 months, but as long as you prepare for it going in, knowing what to expect, even the more difficult ones will sell. Just like the original post said -- we'll wait for the right buyers on this one... and we did just that.
