Any of our realtor friends have any numbers on what Amesbury townhomes are going for now? I see one listed for $369K just curious if that's what they are actually selling for.

I did a CMA for them earlier in the year and we were seeing sold prices around the ~350 mark (345-352). None of these were particularly highly upgraded or had finished basements. It's possible a highly upgraded model with a finished basement might reach the 370k mark. Now list prices are always a different story of course. If you wanted an evaluation done on yours, we'd be glad to come and do one with no obligation.

Thanks, not looking to sell, but I do have a finished basement (With permits). Was just curious where I sit.
