Just a quick question to the real estate types on here. A house on Zimmerman cres just sold on Friday and we were wondering what it sold for ?

Mike,

Do you have the exact address? I did a quick search for you on the Oakville/Milton and Toronto Real Estate Boards and there are no recent sales popping up. It is possible that it was listed on another board (why an agent would do that would be beyond me, but it happens on occasion) or it is also possible that it was not an MLS listing.

If you have more details I'll be happy to track it down for you.

No problem Mike. The home is sold conditionally pending Finance approval and inspection and has not yet been processed as a firm sale. Until then, the sale price is not published on the real estate boards. When it firms up I will be able to check for you.

I will keep my eye on it later in the week and keep you posted.
