AlphaMale, The range is dependant on which model, which floor, upgrades and what is it facing, but the range is from $230ish-$270ish. Currently For Sale and available is a Cabot model (715 sq ft 1 bed plus den) on the second floor, with Hardwood floors and stainless appliances, asking $269,000.
