I will be putting up my home for sale this spring/ Summer. could some one please give me the latest plan 5 prices?

Hi Portela,

Location, elevation and upgrades will change this number significantly, but history will show these
models selling from the low/mid $480's to $509k.

Also to note as competition is "The Lucan" model that Mattamy released with their new phases as well.

I'd be happy to come by to give you a proper valuation whether or not you decide to use an agent to represent you in the sale.

I agree with Ariel, but I would bump that range up just a bit in this market. I'd say $485 would be the absolute low right now, and the high end with everything perfect and a finished basement might actually eclipse the $510k mark. Follow his advice, and invite a couple of us over for an evaluation, and compare the numbers you receive :) You've got many good options here in town!
