Here is our dilemma....we have qualified buyers who know EXACTLY what they're looking for, but we don't have a home to sell them.

Can you help?

Here is what our clients want:

-Wild Rose or Tothburg model on the east side of town
-Prefer finished basement.
-Privacy**Very important
-Well Maintained, not too much work to be done.

I have a LOADED Tothburg coming up in about 3 weeks. I'll keep you posted.
You can always take your clients through my Tothburg on Cavell too.

The clients have already seen Cavell. It was a "no go". Our team partner Shaleni Henriquez took our clients through when you first listed it.
