Do you ever feel like you might jinx things by posting that you've sold a property conditional? Why not just wait to announce when it's sold firm?

Nah, when it comes to that I don't believe in the dreaded Jinx. Usually when there is a willing seller and buyer it will work out and while anything can happen and we're always prepared for the worst, we don't anticipate any issues on this one.

Further, In this case, the owner has cancelled any more showings, therefore the home is technically no longer available, especially important since I have been receiving PM's inquiring. I ultimately update indicating it has sold firm once that occurs.

I think most people would prefer that we provide accurate and timely info on what us "regular" Realtors post here rather that the one-off or sporadic posts that never seem to be updated or monitored. Although, I am always open to listening to what the public and the people on the HV want, so I am of course open to suggestions!

Did I just jinx myself in saying all this? I guess we'll find out by the weekend! Stay tuned!...
