Hi Fred,
I went on your website and saw all the pictures, that is not a 4th bedroom, its the upstiars family room, are the sellers planning on a major renevation prior to selling/closing? who is doing the work? I'm interested in the plan 4 and have seen a few, that is clearly the family room option and not the bedroom option from the builder. Just wondering prior to going to see the home.

So the 4th bedroom conversion is definitely INCLUDED in the listing. The owner has contractors in the family. Wall gets extended, door gets added, light switch gets moved into the room, closet put in, and it is done :)
