I've always wondered about this as I've seen it before... by what definition is 38" a wide lot?? If a house only has 1 garage that doesn't seem very wide to me :shock: Is this some sort of Mattamy marketing thing?

:lol: If you spread your arms and can't touch the houses on each side of your property then it's known as a WIDE LOT. No sh*t :P
