Single dad , looking for a nice basement apt or townhouse , rent must be kept at least 1000 per month,or less Nice guy , good job , works with halton school board, has three kids 40 percent of time, needs a nice place to live, but cannot afford much , as alimony payments etc are being paid If you have anything in that range, and would like to rent to a responsible reliable person contact me and I will pass the info on to him |
