Another one... After being sold conditionally THREE times, this one also went firm. We still sold for 99.7% of asking after all of that, but it was unnecessary back and forth and extra stress for the sellers that they didn't deserve.

Please do ask a professional how to protect yourselves from these issues affecting your sale. There are ways to (a) minimize the chance of them happening, and more importantly, (b) minimizing the impact on the final sale price too!

#3 was the magic number and I believe the right buyers as well!
