I was reviewing some Year-to-date data on TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) this morning and thought I would share. This is for all sales reported to this Board from 01/01/2014-04/14/2014 also showing the month-to-date sales pace.
Interesting to see prices continue upward trends all around and Milton at 521 homes sold in the first 110 days of the year but also the pace seriously picking up in April! Also quite interesting is the lack of active homes vs. sales pace compared to Oakville and Burlington. If you're thinking of selling, now is certainly a good time.
NOTE: The Avg$/Month for April being lower than the YTD is largely due to the demand for 2-storey and 3-story Towns in Milton this Spring.
