Location: I live in Hawthorne Village and sleep in Mississauga!

Hi everyone
I have some clients looking for a 2000 to 2500sf home in the original Hawthorne Village.
Must have a double car garage and if only 3 bedrooms, it must have a finished basement.
Also looking for a Tothburg too. Has to be the stone and stucco elevation with at least 3 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
No sidewalk is preferable but not a deal breaker.

Anyone out there thinking of making a move? if so give me a shout.

Does it have to have stucco & stone? What's the range your buyer is looking to buy at? Pls PM me.

With or without an agent doesn't matter.
They've got their eye on one right now but we'll see.

As far as the Tothburg goes, pm sent.
