What's your budget and which areas of town are you looking for? We always have things coming up that we can send you before it gets to market, but I won't waste your time with stuff too big / small or too expensive. When you say 'ideally 2 bathrooms' on the 2nd floor, I will guess your budget is $390-420 and acceptable square footage can be 1300-1500, to reflect the entry level models with 2 bathrooms upstairs (and skip the Amesburys and Boltons)? You probably don't want to see stuff in the high 400k range? Let us know and we can all let you know. |
