Hi everyone! I frequently get asked to participate in the sale of new development projects throughout the GTA and usually I'm just too busy to participate but an opportunity has come up that is just too good to turn down. It's a condo development by a builder names ONNI going up in Toronto that my office has exclusive VIP access to before the units go on sale to the public. The prices are fantastic and are 5% lower than what will be offered to the public when they're released after October 25th. Believe it or not they're offering a 1 bedroom condo overlooking lake Ontario, a parking space included and a locker for as low as $239,900! I sold a condo in the area 9 years ago for $255,000 so the prices are unbelievable. I'm definitely going to pick one up for myself and hold on to it.
