OK folks, this one is now listed for lease - $1799 is indeed the list price, quite a deal for a 4 bedroom detached double garage home. Landlord is looking for QUALITY TENANTS here, instead of trying to squeeze out a little more cash from the wrong tenant. A total "Really, Fred?" on the 'over asking' part, as it was only a dollar over LOL - but this one went right away while others continue to sit on the market. A leased home is better than a vacant one sitting on the market for a long time, especially when you find a quality worry-free tenant as well. Thanks for looking! |
