I have a lot of buyers looking for homes so if you're thinking of listing in the new year and may want to consider selling before listing let me know.

Wanted:
Tothburg model. Has to be the stone and stucco elevation with 3 full bathrooms upstairs.(been looking for this for over a year)
4 bedroom semi in the Ima Coulson school district. Preferably with a lookout basement (I know it's virtually impossible to find) and a basement apartment.
Any home backing onto woods or ravine lots. I have buyers looking for various sizes from 2500sf up to 4000sf.
A 2500sf and up Heathwood on the West side of Scott only.
A 2800sf and up Heathwood home on the West side of Scott only with a pool.
A 3000sf home minimum with a pool backing onto a ravine or a lot with privacy in the backyard. Old or new Milton ok.
A 3000sf home in the Rolph/Menefy/Sim/Ruddy area.
1 bedroom condo in the Greenlife building on Whitmer
