Quick closings preferred! Hi all, I have a client looking for an entry level 2 storey townhouse in and around the 400k mark. If you have an investment property with a tenant leaving, or are selling yourself and looking for a quick close, my clients are willing to pay market value (no silly lowballs, fair for both sides) to be able to take possession relatively quickly.
