Hey. The house looks great but isnt the price very steep considering its very close to 2 busy steets and on Savoline

The location is already factored into the price. The same model sold for more on a crescent. People who want quick access out might prefer this location as opposed to something inside a community.

Right because there are so many 4/5 bedroom, 3000+ sqft houses priced at ~$500k :roll:
