Hi Im looking to sell my home and I keep getting leaflets and other mail marketing for as low as 1% total commission - and know that some agents are as high as 2.5% commission. Milton is so hot that the houses basically sell themselves so i am wondering if anyone can refer a lower commissioned but proven real estate agent. |

Can Cliff Barron be a great Agent AND be the best? Yes he can! Better call Cliff, that's cliff@callcliff.ca if you want results and a proven professional. He'll work with you on commission rates too. |

Thank you so much guys for the kind words -- means a lot coming from you guys- my clients and neighbours! Most people know my commission rates are right in the middle - not the lowest, not the highest - fair and I enjoy working hard for it. You're right, a house can "sell itself", but I like to bust my butt to try to sell them for as high as possible, because just "selling itself" isn't good enough for me. What's better on a 500k house: A) a 1% agent listing it for $489k, "selling itself" for $491 in 2 days "over asking" , or B) a different agent with a slightly higher commission of a few k, doing everything he can to sell for over 500k? In one situation I recommended a list price of almost $200k HIGHER than another local agent - yes that is not a typo. Here is the review: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=62859 Also a warning - some of the 1% guys have a schedule A that talks about all the situations you're actually paying 4.5% commission instead of 1%. Call or email anytime and I'll explain how it all works (I am not allowed to write about it publicly) -- arm yourself with as much information before deciding, and at least you know you've made the right decision either way! Guys, thanks as always for the recommendations |

No, Cliff's endorsement comes from a recent personal experience with him. He's a hard working, knowledgeable Agent who did a great job, advertising and marketing our property and got 100% of asking! Can't ask for more than that. |
