Hi Erik, what is the square footage in this unit and what are the monthly condo fees just out of curiosity? What are the demographics of that complex (feel free to PM if better)? Thanks and have a nice weekend.

Good morning!

That one is just over 900 sq ft. Age group is evenly mixed between down sizers (usually a bit older) and younger families looking for a good price getting into ownership and a great neighbourhood for the kids. Pilgrim Elementary is just outside the development. Its nice as there are a lot of courtyard setting the way it was built so lots of space for them to run without being on road or parking lots. Culturally it is diverse.
